A Few of My Favourite Reds

This lip pencil, ranging from $11-13, is such a great value! I have three of these, and each time I wear them I get showered in compliments. When they ask what it is, they’re shocked is a drugstore product. The cream matte pencil feels smooth going on, and lasts forever. The formula is super pigmented giving your lips a blast of colour! I also find this product line gives the best, completely matte finish.

I know I’ve talked about this product many times, but I
can’t stress enough how amazing this lipstick is! Again giving a beautiful matte finish, a hint of moisture still remains when this lipstick has fully set. This red is bold with a blue-ish hue, and once it’s on it’s there to stay! Tip: Because this is a matte lipstick, be sure to give your lips a solid scrub before applying!

To be honest, purchasing this lipstick was a bit of a gamble for me. But it’s a risk I’m glad I took! Since I began wearing lipstick, I only ever purchased those with a matte finish. However, after hearing a friends rave over this product and seeing the packaging, I decided to give it a try. Super creamy, and packed with moisture, Gwen Stefani and Urban Decay knocked this one out of the park! While I do feel cream finishes are a little bit more difficult to maintain, the colour is absolutely stunning, and the finish is sure to turn many heads. P.S. it’s limited edition, so get it before it’s all gone!
